I work with both adult individuals and
couples in counseling. I use a client centered,
multi-modal approach in therapy with a focus on individual
development, or development as a couple. I am
experienced working with Self–Esteem, Depression, Anxiety, Grief
and Loss issues, Divorce Recovery and Career Counseling.
I have extensive experience working with family and
friends who have loved ones who have completed suicide.
Other areas I work with are Anger Management, Traumas,
Adult ADD and ADHD, Sleep Disturbance, and Social Discomfort.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Seattle University as well as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) with extensive multi-cultural experience. Additionally I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and International Economics from the University of Washington, hold a current position as a Crisis Intervention Specialist for King County and I'm a Certified Hypnotherapist. |
